To See ATM balance on Line:

  • Options must be enabled at the terminal

            Triton Terminals with Triton Standard software (Status Monitoring option must be Enabled)

            Tidel (Status Monitoring Field option must be set to Yes)

            WRG Vision, Fast Cash, Genesis and Phoenix terminals (Status Messaging option must be Enabled)

            Tranax terminals with Tranax Emulation(Health Message must be Enabled with minimum of 2hrs. interval)

            Tranax terminals with Triton emulation(Status Monitoring option must be Enabled)

            Hyosung terminals with Tranax Standard emulation (Health Message must be Enabled with minimum of 2hrs. interval)

    Triton, Tidel and WRG ATMs, with Status Monitoring ENABLED, send the denomination of the cassettes to the host as well as the number of bills in the dispenser with each transaction.  This enables ATM Assist to be updated after each transaction is complete with the amount of cash left in the ATM.

    Tranax and Hyosung ATMs only send the number of bills that are in the dispenser, no denomination, on the Health Check Interval (minimum 2 hours).  ATM Assist assumes the dispenser is loaded with $20s, which is how the balance is able to be displayed on ATM Assist


  • Memos
    Before you reprogram any ATM:
     Please make sure you Print Journal report, perform Day and Cassette closes.
    It's your responsibility ( if you loose journal) to pay for any future dispute or money shortage claims.

    -Hyosung & Tranax: clearing NVRAM, downloading software or changing denomination.
    -Triton: Download software.
    -Tidel: performing a cold start.




    ATM Receipt Blank:
    Turn the paper roll around. The shiny side must face the printer cutting head.


    Reject Bin Full: You are not doing cassette close for long time. Please perform both cassette close and day close before 3:00 PM Eastern. Dxxx : Errors start with (D ) are communication errors.
