1- Tip can be split to Tip1, Tip 2, Tip 3. i,e:

 server tip-1

chef's tip -2


2-Store owners or managers shall not receive atip, however store owner decides how a tip is distributed .

adding a fee to a transaction must follow the Visa rules:

  • 1- Surcharge shall not exceed 3% and shall be disclosed on every receipt.
  • 2- Debit cards shall not be surcharged. 
  • 3- The merchant shall not surcharge more than the processing cost.
  • Note Cash discounts or adjustments line on receipt,if applied to debit cards where cash is considered a

2- give discounts as business policy see suitable , like cash discounts or price promotion.

5- Visa requirs that the higher price is made known to the customer, by proper shelf pricing, Window  labels and terminal proper disclosure in every receipt.

 


Pay only what is expected by industry. 


Agent's and provider's role is to help make terminals capable of calculating promotion discount, but also add clear disclosures to consumers receipts of such discounts
